100’ Steel Scallop Boat F/V “CHIEF”.  The CHIEF will be offered for use as a research vessel.  F/V CHIEF is an ocean going commercial vessel with a current market value of approximately $5 million.  It has a successful commercial harvesting history; the captain and crew are some of the best in the industry.  The F/V CHIEF will be available for charter to institutions interested in near coastal and open ocean educational research and commercial projects. The 100’ F/V CHIEF is permanently docked at the CVRR State Pier in New London, CT.  Charter Rates for this vessel are subject to negotiation depending on the scope and size of the proposed project.  Charter dates are subject to the current commercial harvesting schedule.

1960 -50’ HUCKINS CORINTHIAN FAIRFORM FLYER “KINGFISHER” – The Huckins is a completely restored pristine condition vintage yacht.  Huckins Yacht Companies have been building fine wooden vessels including WWII PT boats for 100 years. This vessel is a rare 50’ Huckins Corinthian 1960 just completing a total restoration including all major systems, refurbished interior, soft goods, water system, all new electrical, refurbished engine room, new galley, all new decks and pilothouse, new electronics. KINGFISHER has a large flybridge with bimini top and full enclosure which is ideal for entertaining, with a large cockpit, air conditioned interior and swim platform.  This vintage vessel is suited for pleasure cruises, sightseeing or corporate outings.  This vessel is based in Chester, CT on the Connecticut River.  Rates are as follows:  Charters have a 2-hour minimum with a $200 rate for the 1st hour and $150 for every additional hour.

1978- 46’ HATTERAS SPORTFISH CONVERTIBLE “WHITE BEAR”- The HATTERAS 46’ Convertible is one of the world’s finest recreational fishing vessels ever built.  This vessel has spacious cabin accommodations; complete with air conditioning and upscale teak interior that would make any kind of charter a pleasure.  The HATTERAS will be available for charter sightseeing, pleasure cruises or recreational fishing excursions (fishing equipment is not included). The HATTERAS will be available either from Chester, CT or the CVRR State Pier in New London, CT.  Rates are as follows:  Charters have a 2-hour minimum with a $200 rate for the 1st hour and $150 for every additional hour.

These classic 28 Bertram’s are ready for pleasure cruising or fishing excursions.  They feature sleep accommodations for 4, a full galley and are outfitted with a full compilation of marine electronics including Raytheon radar, Furuno GPS and Raymarine autopilot. The BERTRAM’s will be available on a mooring in Chester, CT on the Connecticut River or the CVRR State Pier in New London, CT.  Rates are as follows:  Charters have a 2-hour minimum with a $200 rate for the 1st hour and $150 for every additional hour.
